Hey congrats Betty.
Thanks Wilson.
I was wondering how long he was
going to take.
Yea its been awhile.
Half the guys are going on leave
to propose before the deployment. Bush said.
What deployment?
You know before Afghanistan. Hey
Brown. Nice Ring.
Thanks, he said as he walked up.
He handed Betty a beer and put his arm around her. The guys walked back to the
bonfire.
Good guys.
Yea, they’re cool. Whats wrong.
She nodded down the beach and they
started walking.
Another deployment?
Oh, yea. He sighed. I was going to
tell you.
When?
Later in the week. I just wanted
to have fun not let you worry. WE’ve survived them.
I know, but…
Betty, it’s okay.
No. I don’t want to lose you. I’m
graduating and can finally be with you all the time.
Even gone, I’m always with you.
